Sometimes children are not well enough to go to school or daycare.
We know how challenging these days can be for parents as fevers and flu bugs often hit with no warning. All About Kids offers a warm and helping hand on just these kind of days.
All About Kids cares for children where they feel most comfortable when they’re not feeling themselves… in their own home. Our home-sick care services are for all young family members, ages 0 to 14 years. Our team is comprised of Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) and Personal Support Workers (PSW). Depending on the nature of your child’s illness we will staff according to your wishes. All of our staff are trained in the care of young children.
Caregivers will provide the following comfort and care while you’re away:
- Diapering and toileting
- Rest and sleep time
- Preparation & serving meals
- Quiet activities (ie. puzzles, books)
- Assistance with mobility
- Administering medication
- Updates on your child's symptoms
Hourly rates:
- $40/hr – Registered Nurse (RN)
- $25/hr – Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
- $21/hr – Personal Support Worker (PSW)
*service only available within the GTA. 3 hour minimum applies.
A Care Concierge Membership is required for Get Well Homecare services.
