You will need to complete a Childcare Profile for each child before you are able to book care. While you will be able to book care right away, your profile will be reviewed and verified by an All About Kids team member. We may contact you for additional information about your child, this may include questions about allergies or medical conditions or any details that need further clarification. Each centre also has their own unique set of permission forms that need to be completed and brought with you on your child’s first visit to each centre. These forms are available for download on each centres booking calendar.

Yes, of course.  Last minute emergencies are what we’re here for. If you would like to use the online booking system you may do so. However, if you do not see availability at your site please give our office a call. Availability is updated every morning.

For most spaces, members are able to view availability and reserve from seven days up to one month in advance depending on their membership level. For PA Day Camps and Summer Camps members are able to book further in advance. Additionally, if you are a Care Concierge Member requests for care can also be placed earlier through Advance Booking services – simply submit an online request from your account area or call one of our Care Coordinators as soon as you find yourself in need of care. 

If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea or any undiagnosed skin rash or visible illness or if they are too unwell to attend a full refund will be issued with 48 hours cancellation notice as per our cancellation policy. If your child becomes ill while at the centre with, any of the above mentioned symptoms, our health policy requires that the parent or guardian be contacted and arrangements made to pick up your child.

The policy for cancellations and refunds varies by membership level. Time of notice is calculated according to the start time of your booking.

Members may cancel a booking from their account area up to 48 hours prior to the booking start time. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice please contact our support line at 416-333-2396 or submit a request through our online chat (accessible from the lower right hand corner of the site).

No. Whether booking yourself on-line or through a Care Coordinator, in order to secure and hold a spot, all childcare spaces are reserved and paid for at the time of booking. When booking the space yourself, it is completed in one easy on-line transaction. If booking by telephone or email, our Care Coordinator is able to provide you with an invoice which can be paid on line through credit card or over the phone.

Care Connect accepts secure online payments with your VISA or Master Card.

Cancelled memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A discount for service fees is offered on upgrades from a Pay Per Use to a Care Connect or Concierge Membership, only when the upgrade occurs within the first 30 days of enrolling. Upgrades from a Care Connect paid plan to a Concierge plan are billed based on the remaining days left of your existing membership term – so you only pay the higher fee on the remainder of your plan. 

Although drop off and pick up times are generally 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, respectively, some centres in the Care Connect Network may operate outside of these hours. Please check the opening and closing times for your particular centre by visiting our Childcare Centres page.

Families should plan to have at least 10 minutes to spend at drop off in order to fill out additional paperwork, ensure your questions and concerns are addressed as well as to cover any information that our caregivers may require to ensure your child has a smooth transition and a great day.  Please note that if your child has an allergy or other medical need that additional time will be required so that staff in the centre are familiar with the needs of your child.

On the day of care, please ensure you provide and clearly label the following items:

  • Diapers (if applicable)
  • Wipes – (if applicable)
  • Diaper cream – (if applicable)
  • Blanket
  • Change of clothes
  • Appropriate outerwear, including sun hat, for outdoor play
  • In-door shoes
  • Medication (if applicable)

Your child will be provided with a morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack.  Families of infants not yet on solids or eating jarred baby food must provide all meals and liquids in labeled containers and bottles. All meals comply with the ministry and health guidelines. All snacks meet at least two groups of Canada’s food guide and lunches meet at least three. Check with your centre of choice for the current meal plan or if you have any questions.

Yes. You can call or visit anytime during the day to see how your little one is doing. In addition, some centres offer web camera access, the option to purchase this service will be available on each booking calendar. You will be provided with a secure password to view your child at the centre. 

The centre’s Supervisor can be contacted during that centre’s hours of operation regarding your child’s care.

Our Care Coordinator is available by email, phone or text (416-333-2396) any time you have questions regarding your back up bookings.

Booking support is available from 7:00 am through 11:00 pm – 7 days a week. If you require assistance outside of those time, please submit a support ticket through the chat pop-up on with your question and we will be in touch as soon as possible. 

We do not offer extended or after hours care at this time.

Yes we provide care for PA days and during school breaks. The earliest we are able to guarantee a booking for these dates is 30 days in advance. Concierge Members are able submit an Advanced Care Request through their account area or by calling one of our Care Coordinators. We will do our best to accommodate these early requests and provide confirmation, but as we do experience high user volume for PA days, in some cases the earliest we will be able to guarantee space in a particular centre is 30 days in advance. Requests are confirmed in the order they are received.
